the famous Cowcliffes MadonnaWe took a road trip to IKEA in New Jersey so Laia is now a road-trippin' pro. Or something like that. This picture was taken during Laia's "first hotel stay". The too-handsome father of the Laia, the too-amazing hot mamma of the Laia, the most adorable kid on the block (yes, that would be Laia), the too-spiffy army dude Uncle to the Laia, and the too-fun and funky Tia Bella of the Laia.
and then the baptism (June 30th at St. James Church in Trumansburg)...My brother John is now "The Godfather" and Dana Hatfield is perhaps the first Hatfield Fairy Godmother to a descendant of the McCoy family. Some day we'll explain to Laia why her ancestors thought shooting each other was a fun way to pass the time. And in case anyone isn't confused yet, my Sis-In-Law Angela stood in for Dana.
